3. Bibimbap

One of Korea’s most famous dishes. Beef bulgogi with steamed rice, dragon sauce, spring onion, cucumber, carrot, edamame, bean sprouts, fried egg and mayonnaise sauce with truffle. Garnished with fried onion, white sesame seeds and dragon sauce.
